Conversational Commerce - What Does It Do for Conversion Rates in Stores?
Conversational commerce was basically the term going around seven to eight years ago something like that if I'm not mistaken and back then what it meant or still means there is basically e-commerce that is done through a conversation. What we're doing is what we call conversational shopping which is basically focusing the aspect of shopping you know more on how to increase conversion rate. How to help customers shop to help them find the right products, answer any productivity questions they might have upselling and just moving them along the funnel from home page to check out in the chat.
