Imposter Syndrome

When we encounter something new in our career, that can go back up to the higher side of imposter syndrome. To me, this isn't something that we tackle. This isn’t something that we overcome and put a cap on it and wrestle this down. No, this imposter syndrome to me is something that we accept and that we live with and that we try to reframe.
