Dave: You should be able to pretty quickly identify if someone says, yeah, sorry, that took me a little while than usual because I've always worked in C++ and this is Python. Amazon did fix the policy. We used to not be able to allow transfers when you first joined Amazon. Now we do. And one big reason that we allow transfers early is because you might land on the team that's not the one suited for you. Deciding quickly that you belong somewhere else is much better than trying to beat good performance out of someone in the wrong role.
