Every member of my caucus is elated about what happened, because we've changed the world in a way that you rarely get an opportunity to do. It's not nearly as big as they'd hoped for, but also, circumstances were different. The president was incredibly popular, and he had just gotten through a fairly large stimulus package. And i do also think that buillback better never really residzed with the american people. It was a wish list of everything that the democrats wanted to do.
