The plaintiff's lawyers deliberately, overtly, by his own admission, steals records that don't belong to him and shares it with third parties. They but accidentally turn something over, and they're going to be subject to potential disparment. Will was extraordinary about this case was the plaintiff's lawyers flagrantly violating the rules about this, and being rewarded by the judges for doing so.
