storytelling is very powerful and I can just think back over all the case studies you read all over the place particularly when somebody's trying to sell to you. Instead of saying this is our product you could maybe feature one of the customers who had a problem they tested out that product and the happy ending so it really works so much better. All three ABM metrics should cover three categories: relationships, reputation and revenues. We recommend all three into into thinking about considering and tracking those metrics as a part of any ABM program or activity that you have right?
