Is There Any Internal Signals That You're Good at Monitoring Yourself?

I think i'm quite lucky in that probably, looking back on it, i could handle that, call it internal load, really well. I've never believed in over training. But physically, obviously crossed that line a fair bit. And that's what i struggled with more than anything. It was particularly training for olympi isand trfin where i was trying to do big hours and big volume of training. At the same time combining that with the really high intensity stuff,. you know, trying to run a 28 minutes nk or be in e shape to do that.
