Julia Best is a zoo archaeologist at Bournemouth University in the UK. Adele Wessel is a food historian at Southern Cross University in Australia. In Australia for example, Aboriginal people would have eaten emu eggs. And even other species such as Homo hydrobogenesis, there's been eggshell found at sites that are 300,000 years old.
