The company worked with the nombe owenge pueblo to open this location on tribal lands just outside our state capital. i'd assume it's similar to how the casinos are allowed to operate on tribal land even though state law prohibits them. I help bi wonder if tesla might consider opening centres in other states that also have tribal lands.
