What Do You Do That Rejuvenates You?
I find refreshment taking a walk with my wife, listening to great music. I almost never listen to sixties oldies any more. Even if it's a rainy day, i'll stick on a coat and go for a walk. So much of the bible as is aboutin outdoors and nature. The kingdom of god is like a man sitting on his couch and watching t v. There's there's something about being outside and in nature that that is always refreshing to me.
