The SEC and the Crypto Industry in the US

I think the SEC has basically got us in a chokehold as an industry in the US right now. And we can break out of that chokehold only through the 2024 election, quite frankly. The chilling effect that these enforcement actions are going to have on the industry and just the legal battles one after the other is coming nonstop. I don't really expect either firm to really settle at this point. So I don't know. How do you think these play out? That's a big question. You know, what's your take on both the SEC bringing both of these at the right time? And how do you think this ends for those cases?
