i think that the way you framed the book in such a way it allows you to say, ok, here's the framing, here's base. Listen to your body clock. And then when you do that, all these other things you're going to figure out, when, where, how,. Like all those things, they're let there's less friction in resolving them, because you've got these way points that are already established. So while the frame allows us to go, ok,here's a structure, ecause we all love structure. Structure is import but the story that we tell ourselves, that that gets told to us, we can use the structure to help navigate that.
