Dojime - Body Triangles in Judo
Dojime involved crossing feet or locking a triangle around the abdominals from the back. Dojime was banned in judo because of intestinal injuries, which occurred in the early developmental days of judo. It's difficult for most people who are of shorter, thicker statu to employ on big people. And so because it can't be applied by all people, it tends not to be taught much at beginner level.
