Predictive Learning vs GANS?

If simulators are not inner aligned, then many important properties like prediction or thogonality may not hold. GANS is a form of self-supervised slash unsupervised learning that resembles reinforcement learning in methodology. In practice, inductive biases and failure modes of GANS look very different from those of predictive learning. For example, there's an anime GANS that always draws characters in poses that hide the hands because hands are notoriously hard to draw for AIs.
