There's so much nuance to nutrition sites that is very, very hard to look up a specific macronutrient determined diet. Eggs generally quite healthy, but yes they contain dietary cholesterol and yes they contain saturated fats. One's ability to absorb that dietary cholesterol and excrete the majority of it will determine how bad an egg is for you consuming versus me consuming it. A low calorie diet is not something I suggest because it's very hard to maintain over the long term. From my perspective, a high fiber varied plant-focused diet is the most pragmatic way to start a diet rather than the diet.
