The Political Crisis of the Left in Argentina
Argentina's government responded to a longstanding wish of the left, which is a constitutional convention that would rewrite the constitution in a more democratic manner. When this was finally put to the vote, as Matthew said, it failed dramatically with 62% of the population voting against it. This includes a huge block of numbers of the new constitutional convention who are robustly pro-pinnish and actually pro-dictatorship.
