How to Trade Stocks on a Daily Basis

I'm pretty much of a stocks guy. 90% of my trades are in stocks now I have a lot of experience with options stock options that is an index options and I I manage a and an options Advisory service and I do private coaching in the area of options and so on. It's just something about the the underlying principle itself and I prefer to trade But I also do almost on a daily basis. I will trade in and out of the uh e-mini index futures contracts Which I like a lot for hedging purposes. And then when that Tops out at at 200,000 I'll take 50,000 off the top of that and put that into our long-term investing
