How I Decided to Leave the Consulting World and Join the Family Business

I always thought I'd saw myself more as working in a business rather than it being a long term. The main challenge is probably in post-a-syndron where there's a degree of nepotism coming in. You're coming into a business in a market where you had no experience and you're only sort of managing stuff. So initially, you probably didn't have the confidence to say what you thought was right.
