Recruiting From MBB for PE Firms?
Candidates from MBB absolutely have a much higher number of opportunities when it comes to private equity. Private equity firms tend to hire people that have similar backgrounds to their own. The firms that I've probably spent the most time recruiting from outside of MBB would be L.E.K. and Parthenon because they also do a lot of due diligence and private equity work. And then depending on our clients, you know, certain searches right now we've got one where candidates from A.T. Carney are really interesting to them,. Oliver Wyman. Those are probably the ones that I personally interact with the most as well.
