For GP I would just tell that person to just do double overhand. I don't see a lot of value in that unless there's unless like we're chasing a PR that week or somethinglike that. For the average person who is just trying to get in shape get strong get fit I would encourage trying to get strong double overhead. You're going to have the least amount as you can go for as far as you possibly can and and get technique down.
