I think the trick in leadership is finding out what you're good at. Patton was probably, he was probably the better tactical officer. Eisenhower was more of a strategic officer, the Garrison. He was really good at people skills and dealing with administrative things. And I would say the best way to handle that situation when things seem sort of out of sync with who you are is to rely on those around you.
