The first one that we use was business process mining tool, which I think is any IT organization should invest in it because typically we have to solve a business problem. So investing in a tool like that gives you that bird's eye view, essentially to see what is happening. And the third aspect is having visibility to that overall pipeline so you can continue to improve on the existing experience.
