The Power of Interdependence in Awareness
A meditid is grounded in interdependence. When we're not fragmented from this underlying systemic reality, they can kind of naturally develop. A video I use more often than any other is a video of three six year old boys who are sitting down and talking about why they're having fights on the playground. And it's quite a beautiful, kind of tableau of this innate systemness in our awareness was the boys dealing with a very practical problem.
