How to Give Constructive Feedback Without Retrieving to Just Ask a Question

In your day-to-day work, your teammates, the board members, whoever is the other stakeholders you're talking to, they are your target group when you're trying to explain the concept of UX and show them. What I tend to do is, generally, my meetings are greatly appreciated because I do a lot of thinking, pre-meeting, about what everyone's role is, how long the meeting's going to be. And so they realize, and they can connect to that. He thinks about UX, he thinks about the whole experience because he thinks about meetings this way. That's a better way for them to learn about what I do.
