"We're just kind of in purgatory right now," she says. "You can take it to start getting much worse, just kind of starting to bleed out these dead animals and just let it continue to flush out." She adds that the system breaks after you get real rates above 1%. But we sit 50% higher than we were in 19 when if you recall, 2.5% broke the system.
