If you aren't strategically controlling, your organization will never have the differentiating qualities that make it great. Jesus was a little bit like this. He basically said, here's where i want you to go, but im waint to trust you to figure out how to do it. And that's what we know about leaders that have it. They're empowering and they're controlling. Leaders that have it are both urgent and they're patient. The secret o getting things done is act. Urgency is not the default mode. Complacency is. We tend to want to do what's easy, not what's necessarily right or fast.
