Evacuating From a Fire or a Wildfire?
In a lot of cases, they just don't evacuate those facilities. It is a logistical nightmare to evacuate hundreds or thousands of people that have been dubbed security concerns in the middle of a hurricane or wildfire. Just because a community has been dubbed an evacuation zone and everyone's told to leave does not at all mean jails or prisons in the area will be evacuated.
