The Indictment of Mike Pence and Ronald McDaniel

The parts of the indictment that I think are going to go over worse for Trump and probably sounded alarm bells for lawyers who are reading this, although I've only heard this sort of informally so far. There are several sections in there where they're not talking about mere speech. They're talking about things that would be more like overt acts with witness testimony via witnesses who would almost certainly testify in a theoretical trial.
