Alex Castellanos: I see politicians all the time, like Joe Biden and Barack Obama, they seem to take strong stance. He says what'll happen is in Obama or Biden or some equivalent Republican, will they want to act tough in a given moment, but they don't have the philosophy to follow through. What happened in Libya could be viewed as one example of it,. Maybe the classic example is the Bay of Pigg's fiasco which wasn't just terrible for the Cuban people who were condemned to death or imprisonment.
