How to Control Your Chatter
If you find yourself in a thought loop, trying to work through some kind of problem, but not making any progress, that's an indicator that you're experiencing it. Step too is to recognize that there's actually things you can do to manage that chatter. Science has done a really good job at identifying the tools and profiling how they work for different people. The invitation i like to give one is to start self experimenting on your own. I've identified like, four to six tools. They work really well for me. Like the moment i detect the chatter brewing, i implement those tools, usually it nips it in the bud.
