Bodybuilders Do Exponentially Higher Volume Than Average Guys Do

There's a huge misconception, I know we've covered this plenty of times, where people thought for so many years that bodybuilders did exponentially higher volume than average people should because they wrote their workouts. Most advanced guys ramp up to one or two top sets. They're not doing the same weight for four to five sets after you've done three to four warm upsets with the same weight. That doesn't really work in weightlifting. You actually need far less than you thinkadvanced guys are doing.
