The Pursuit of Happiness

Will Smith's quote, "What do you do and how do you do it?" has stuck with me. As designers, our job is to understand customer problems as you've said earlier. So if we see it as like, oh, that person does what I wanna do, it's almost like a gap analysis of your own career. Think selfishly if that's what you wanna be doing or if you can take kind of inspiration from their journey to improve your own story.
