Did You Go to the Gym Everyday?
I think everything comes down to routines and comfort. For me that's my grounding. And for someone it might be having an extra cup of coffee. It's totally in the middle. One is definitely better than the other. I would not say I'm an early riser. After that I have my breakfast which is the same thing I have had for eight years. Depends on what time I go to sleep but usually around eight.
