Like I'm thinking like if somebody is a English French bilingual, for example, would they formulate a meaning in the same way no matter which language they were going to use. "We think that meanings don't have the same kind of language tagging system," he says. It's your very intention to speak, say French, that would activate certain meanings more than others.
