Socrates says that other people are like mirrors and they show us who we are. There's stuff about yourself you don't see, but the so this is what other people can do for you. They can show you the mistakes, the sticky mistakes that you're repeatedly making. But the problem is most people don't want to use other people for that goal because theyDon't want to see their own mistakes. The sticky mistakes are going to be things like vices that we have, right? Like what we systematically behave in a bad way.
