When you're on a ketogenic diet, it basically abolishes any kind of glycemic fluctuations. And that could be extremely important for someone who's struggling with an eating disorder or just has a problem with their relationship with food. Mastications are very important because we should be chewing our food and then eat the right way. So i'm not of the opinion that we can just eat meat and exclude all the fibre and be optimized. I really do think that soluble fibre and insoluble fibre and pito nutrients that aren't plants, have profound benefits.
