The Pigman

The old MacLennan mine was shut down due to an accidental fire that caught in one of the tunnels. The company had managed to get most people out, but one or two guys just couldn't get out in time. People who saw a man who'd lost almost everything then treated him like a freak and an outcast when he couldn't just be normal again. For many of us, one of the only silver linings to a dark and frigid winter is the possibility of snowfall. Nothing makes holidays feel quite as festive as waking up Christmas morning with a blanket of fluffy, freshly fallen snow.
