Judge Walker has done all that he can to make this stand up at the 11th Circuit including referring to a an opinion by then's third circuit Judge Samuel Alito in support of his position. He also name checking several Federalist Society papers to crime judicial activism and saying he's not going to engage in judicial activism. One of those papers is by that Rynus Ilya Shapiro who got himself cancelled out of Georgetown law remember he made those really really gross racist statements about Justice Kataanji Brown Jackson during her nomination process. I'll take a win trying to bulletproof the opinion over the reverse so glad we can celebrate some good news for now.
