The Importance of Biomedicine in Cuba
The Cuban revolution is carried on every day by people who were born decades even the century after the revolution first took place. A presentation we got on Cuba's biotech industry was a highlight for me. I think there are only one or two universities in the u.s. that have gotten quote-unquote permission to collaborate with Cuba to continue this research but there's so many lives that could be saved if these relations were normalized.
