"I'm looking at the art of contributorship. Like how we show up and how we approach our work," he says. "The impact players are doing the job that needs to be done." The ordinary contributor, they do their job well but don't take ownership for things like a global pandemic or unclear roles in an environment where it's 'messy' He adds: They're not on top of the power dynamic if they aren't leading by example.
