The Role of Muscle Modulation in Hypertrophy
There's so many things to say at this point, we can go in so many different directions. It actually reduces our capacity to produce hypertrophy. I think ultimately that's behind a lot of the lack of understanding about the volume to be. A more fatigue may generate the less hypertrophy we're actually stimulating. But there's still some thinking that still stems from some of that stuff that is really hard and tiring.
