The Slot Machine Is the Same as Twitter and Instagram
Anxiety is negative. Hope is a little more positive, but it is the same. It's rooted in the future. I'm listening to a podcast right now and it's about dating apps and how they're all owned by one company. They said there's a slot machine aspect to it. Same with Instagram. When you do things that have the potential of ending up good, you get the same,. You get like a dope. So even if you consistently lose and never get anywhere, pulling the slot machine is the potential and you get a dopamine hit just from this could be good.
