OKRs - When Does That Look Good?

The magic of OKRs is when you really use it in a way where everyone feels empowered for aligning around how do we move the business forward. But then you have the tracking and updating and progress tracking part of OKRs. And I don't think I've ever seen what I consider to be a successful tracking of the OKR personally. When it was no longer mine, we didn't do it well.
