The Challenges of Being a Role Player

Not everybody wants to be led, says rojar. It's not always easy for some one to accept the fact that they might not be the leader of that team. The person who has the most respect in the locker room isn't necessarily the best player on a team. You just do what you feel is right and hold people accountable when you see it fit. And so, you know, you can't be faked.
