Transgender Health Care - Is This the First Time?
The NCBC has seen numerous, probably 30, 35 plus diocesan gender related policies over the past few years. They focus almost exclusively on Catholic schools and direct church institutions. What do you think compelled the Doctrine Committee to promulgate this document at this particular time? Well, I'm sure there's many factors. But the fact is that the transgender movement, if you will, has affected society very broadly.
