We've got some nutrition advice here you just shared, which obviously there's much more in the book. Is there anything else that folks should know about so that they can take advantage of the title of the book to not be so effing hungry? I think one of the easiest and non food things you can do is getting sunlight. And we know best for kitty and rhythms. It helps you be less tired, help your sleep the next night, but it also helps your satiety.
