If one of these people had figured out anti-gravity they would all have to start developing it and commercializing it at the same time. People wouldn't instantly be able to go out and buy these things, he says. Everyone has to catch up slowly until it becomes available to the market and then eventually like saturates the market. It just makes a lot of sense from a military perspective and a financial perspective because if you have a secret that no one else knows you can do something that's worse than that secret which is going to make you more money.
