How to Sell a Tool That Is Context Aware

We have a prototype that's running right now, actually. It's a super small feedback widget, which is context aware. So we could put this input field in a really relevant context and then try to quantify the feedback we get back. We've already tested it and got some good feedback and results from it. I'm expecting people probably are quite skeptical in the beginning but then see the use of it. How do you think, how easy is this tool to sell? It's easy to sell in some context. Yeah, like e-business.
