The Importance of Apprenticeships in the Aerospace Industry
Parliament will welcome apprentices from around the UK who are working in the aerospace industry. I am very much looking forward to meeting Callum and Brittany, who are both apprentices in my constituency of Wolverhampton, North East at Collins Aerospace. Mr Speaker, Prime Minister, last year 1.7 million children missed more than 10% of their schooling. This is both a safeguarding and an educational catastrophe and is happening on the Prime Minister's watch. Will the Prime Minister bring forward necessary legislation to combat this crisis for our children?
