Convenience is the name of the game when you are a brick and mortar business. You are either convenient in your physical location, or you're not. Most people will not spend that kind of money to go to an inconvenient location unless you have created something so unique and special that it is worth the travel. So this whole experience that i'm annoyed about as a customer made me think of this podcast in this rant, and i'm hoping is gon to help you. It elso has to do with li demographics.
